Research on the Construction of University Governance Mechanism from the Perspective of Fine Management
To promote the high-quality development of higher education,it is necessary to contin-uously explore innovative forms and practical approaches of modern university governance,and to promote and improve the refinement of university governance.By constructing a"responsibility-sys-tem-collaboration"three-dimensional framework for refined internal governance of universities,and analyzing current practices of internal university governance,it is found that there are problems such as unclear responsibilities,incomplete institutional norms,and ineffective departmental collaboration.Therefore,universities should promote refined internal governance and modernize university govern-ance by establishing mechanisms for clarifying responsibilities,ensuring institutional safeguards,and fostering long-term collaboration.
