专业学习共同体视域下高校外语教师专业发展探究

专业学习共同体在拓展教师专业知识与实践经验、全面提升教师职业素养、打造教师合作文化方面发挥着积极作用,能够有效促进教师专业发展。从专业学习共同体的概念与应用价值出发,结合高校外语教师专业发展面临的问题,可以明确高校外语教师专业学习共同体构建的原则。在此基础上,三种教师专业学习共同体的建设形式与路径得以确立,即基于课程群的教学团队、基于任务导向的教学实践共同体和基于教师发展中心的学习共同体。
Exploration of Professional Development of University Foreign Language Teachers from the Perspective of Professional Learning Community
The Professional Learning Community is an effective organizational form to promote the professional development of teachers,playing an important role in expanding teachers'professional practical knowledge,improving teacher competence,and building a culture of teacher co-operation.Starting from the concept and application value of the professional learning community,combined with the problems faced by college foreign language teachers in their professional develop-ment,the principles for constructing a professional learning community for college foreign language teachers can be clarified.On this basis,three forms and paths for constructing a professional learning community for teachers are established,namely,curriculum-based teaching teams,task-oriented teaching practice communities,and teacher development center-based learning communities.
