An Exploration of the Effective Implementation of the Patriotic Education Law by Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities
Promulgation and implementation of the Patriotic Education Law of the People's Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as the Patriotic Education Law)provide legal and institu-tional guarantees for the patriotic education of ideological and political courses in colleges and universi-ties from a legal perspective.To effectively implement the Patriotic Education Law in ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,we need to grasp the era connotation,value foundation,and legal support of the implementation of the Patriotic Education Law from a holistic perspective.We need to systematically analyze the overall requirements,essential features,and support guarantees of the implementation of the Patriotic Education Law,and dynamically promote the subject object,carrier innovation,specific content transformation,and evaluation system of the implementation of the Patriotic Education Law.We need to fully leverage the role of ideological and political courses in promoting the legalization and standardization of patriotic education in colleges and universities,and provide important guidance for the high-quality development of patriotic education in the new era.
