Inclusive Employment of Persons with Disabilities and Its Development Path in China
Inclusive employment of persons with disabilities refers to the form of employment in which persons with disabilities work together with non-disabled people in competitive workplaces and obtain wages above the minimum wage standard.Legal policies,employment awareness and ability of persons with disabilities,employer attitude and social support system constitute the influencing fac-tors for the implementation of inclusive employment.To promote inclusive employment in China,the laws and policies for inclusive employment should be improved,the leading role of the government should be brought into play,professional team building should be strengthened,and the support sys-tem of employers should be built.In addition,the concept of human rights promoting inclusive em-ployment should be gradually popularized to foster an inclusive and friendly social environment.
