摘要

目的 了解北京市输血相容性检测现状,规范输血检测管理,建立室间质评方案,提高检测质量.方法 依据卫生部<临床输血技术规范>,参考国外质量评价方案,对ABO血型正反定型和Rh(D)血型测定、受血者和献血者抗体筛检及交叉配血等检测方法建立实验室室间质评;对影响检测质量的标本、检测方法、试剂、操作过程及结果分析等诸多因素进行评估.结果 2003~2005年参加室间质评的单位数量逐年增加,检测质量和管理意识逐步增强.检测方法趋于合理化,操作过程与检测试剂的应用逐渐规范,检测水平逐步提高.结论 开展输血相容性检测室间质评,有利于发现临床输血工作中存在的问题,可不断提高输血科(血库)的检测水平,保证患者输血安全.

Abstract

Objective To assess the quality of clinical compatibility tests in hospitals of Beijing area and to standardize the procedure before transfusion. Methods According to the technical specification of clinical transfusion and the proficiency testing scheme of China, the laboratory quality assessment system was established, including the determination of ABO and Rh (D) blood group, antibody screening and cross-matching. In order to improve the quality of these tests in department of transfusion in different hospitals, potential factors that might affect the quality of the test including thes specimen management, the examination methods, the reagents, the operating process and the result analysis were all evaluated. Results The number of laboratories involved in this assessment increased from 2003 to 2005 and the testing quality as well as the sense of management was improved gradually. The testing methods and the operating process were more standardized, the reagent were more appropriate and the detection level was much improved. Conclusions It is useful for the EQA scheme to identify the problems in clinical transfusion in order to the detection of department of transfusion and ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
