复方苦参注射液预防放射性肠炎有效性的meta分析

目的 探讨复方苦参注射液(compound Kushen injection,CKI)预防放射性肠炎(radiation induced bowel injury,RBI)的有效性,为临床使用CKI预防RBI提供循证参考.方法 选取建库至2023年7月20日中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed及The Cochrane Library等数据库公开发表的关于CKI治疗RBI的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),依次通过浏览标题、摘要和全文,应用RevMan 5.4统计软件对提取数据进行meta分析.结果 共纳入10篇文献,包括690例患者,其中对照组(常规治疗方式)335例,联合组(对照组基础上仅加用CKI)355例.Meta分析结果显示,联合组临床有效率高于对照组,RBI发生率、1级RBI发生率及2级RBI发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 CKI可有效降低RBI发生率,增加患者的临床疗效,值得临床推广.
Meta-analysis of the effectiveness of compound Kushen injection in preventing radiation induced bowel injury
Objective To explore the effectiveness of compound Kushen injection(CKI)in preventing radiation induced bowel injury(RBI),and to provide evidence-based reference for clinical use of CKI to prevent RBI.Methods The randomized controlled trial(RCT)study of CKI in preventing of RBI published by China knowledge network,Wanfang database,VIP database,PubMed and The Cochrane Library from establishment to July 20th,2023 was selected.The extracted data were analyzed by using RevMan 5.4 statistical software.Results A total of 10 literatures were included,there were 690 patients,including 355 patients in the combined group and 335 patients in the control group.Meta-analysis showed that the clinical effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of RBI,Grade 1 RBI and Grade 2 RBI was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions CKI can effectively reduce the incidence of RBI and increase the clinical efficacy of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
