北京市朝阳区青少年烟草使用现状及影响因素分析

摘要
目的 了解北京市朝阳区青少年烟草使用的现状及影响因素.方法 采用多阶段整群抽样方法,选取2023年9-10月北京市朝阳区中学生1 810名,采用2023年中国青少年烟草流行调查问卷,面对面收集研究对象的吸烟行为、烟草认知信息.采用多因素非条件logistic回归方程分析青少年烟草使用的影响因素.结果 1 810名青少年中,男912名,女898名.33名(1.8%)青少年现在吸烟,77名(4.3%)青少年尝试吸烟.多因素非条件logistic回归方程分析结果显示,学校为职高(OR=18.905,95%CI:1.797～198.916,P=0.014)、父母有一方吸烟(OR=4.450,95%CI:1.313～15.086,P=0.017)、朋友吸烟(OR=78.013,95%CI:8.409～723.755,P<0.001)的青少年现在吸烟的风险较高;认为社交场合吸烟让人感到不舒服(OR=0.013,95%CI:0.002～0.067,P<0.001)的青少年现在吸烟的风险较低.结论 北京市朝阳区中学生仍然存在现在吸烟和尝试吸烟的情况,应进一步强化青少年尤其是职高学生的控烟宣传教育.家长、同伴效应是青少年吸烟行为的重要影响因素,营造无烟环境有利于减少青少年吸烟行为的发生.
Abstract
Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of tobacco use among adolescents in Chaoyang District,Beijing.Methods A total of 1 810 middle school students in Chaoyang District,Beijing from September to October,2023 were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method.The questionnaire on tobacco prevalence among young people in China in 2023 was used to collect the smoking behavior and tobacco cognition information of the subjects by face to face.Multivariate unconditional logistic regression equation was used to analyze the influencing factors of tobacco use among adolescents.Results Among the 1810 adolescent,there were 912 males and 898 females.Thirty-three(1.8%)teenagers smoke now,and 77(4.3%)teenagers try to smoke.Multivariate logistic regression analysis results showed that teenagers studied in professional high school(OR=18.905,95%CI:1.797-198.916,P=0.014),one parent smoking(OR=4.450,95%CI:1.313-15.086,P=0.017),and peer smoking(OR=78.013,95%CI:8.409-723.755,P<0.001)had a higher risk of current smoking,while teenagers who felt more uncomfortable smoking in social occasions(OR=0.013,95%CI:0.002-0.067,P<0.001)had a lower risk of current smoking.Conclusions The situation of attempting to smoke and current smoking among adolescents still exists,it is suggested to further strengthen the publicity and education on tobacco control among teenagers,especially vocational high school students.Parent and peer effect are an important influencing factors for teenagers'smoking behavior,the smoke-free environment for adolescents is benefit to reducing the occurrence of adolescent smoking behavior.
