基于腰腹核心肌群探讨针灸治疗非特异性腰痛的局部用穴思路

摘要
非特异性腰痛是不能归结于明确病理性改变而引起的腰部疼痛,通常由腰椎稳定性降低导致,究其原因是腰腹核心肌群不能良好地控制腰椎,最终表现为核心肌群反应速度及肌力减弱,亦或是肌群出现触发点而僵硬短缩.通过针刺处理多裂肌、腹横肌、腰部不同活动方向的拮抗肌群及相关肌群的触发点,可改善腰腹核心肌群功能,治疗腰痛.
Abstract
Non-specific low back pain,characterized by lumbar pain not attributed to specific pathological changes,usually arises from decreased lumbar vertebral stability,the root cause being inadequate control of the lumbar spine by the lumboabdominal core muscle group.Ultimately,low back pain manifests as weakened muscle reaction speed and strength of the core muscle group,or stiffness and shortening due to the appearance of trigger points.The trigger points of antagonistic muscle groups and related muscle groups in different moving directions of multifidus,transverse abdominis and waist can be treated by acupuncture to improve lumboabdominal core muscle function so as to treat low back pain.
