金玫教授认为胸痹心痛病常与肝胆、脾胃功能失衡相关,肝胆在五行中属木,脾胃属土,其提出胸痹心痛病木土同调的中医辨证论治方法,肝气乘脾,心气不足证,治以培土泄木,补益心气;肝胃有热,心阴不足证,治以清肝和胃,滋阴清心;脾胃湿热,胆火扰心证,治以清热利胆,健脾燥湿;脾虚肝郁,气虚血瘀证,治以实土御木,益气活血;肝胃气滞,瘀血内停证,治以疏肝理气,活血化瘀;心肝血虚,脾气不足证,治以养肝健脾,补血活血;心虚胆怯,脾阳不足证,治以安神定志,温补脾阳.
Abstract
Professor Jin Mei believes that chest pain and heartache are often related to imbalances in liver-gallbladder and spleen-stomach functions. Since the liver-gallbladder corresponds to Wood and the spleen-stomach to Earth in the Five Elements theory,she proposes a traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic and treatment method based on harmonizing Wood and Earth for chest pain and heartache. She identifies seven common TCM patterns and suggests unique treatment methods and herbal formulas for each:treating liver qi attacking the spleen and insufficient heart qi with tonifying Earth and draining Wood,supplementing and nourishing heart qi;treating liver-stomach heat and insufficient heart yin with clearing the liver and stomach,nourishing yin,and clearing the heart;treating spleen-stomach damp-heat and gallbladder fire disturbing the heart with clearing heat and promoting bile flow,strengthening the spleen,and drying dampness;treating spleen deficiency and liver depression,qi deficiency,and blood stasis with solidifying Earth to restrain Wood,supplementing qi,and promoting blood circulation;treating liver-stomach qi stagnation and blood stasis with soothing the liver,regulating qi,and promoting blood circulation;treating heart-liver blood deficiency and spleen qi deficiency with nourishing the liver,strengthening the spleen,supplementing blood,and promoting blood circulation;treating heart deficiency and gallbladder timidity,and spleen yang deficiency with calming the mind,settling the will,and warming and supplementing spleen yang.
