四川成都天回镇汉墓出土的《天回医简》,不仅记载了古代医家对于各种病症的深入认识,还详细阐述了多种治疗方法,体现了古代医学的精湛技艺和智慧.《天回医简》中所涉及的治疗方法可分为药物疗法、针刺、灸法、石法、犮法、祝由六大类,此六类治法各有千秋,互为补充,共同构成了《天回医简》治疗体系的整体框架.通过对《天回医简》中有关治疗方法内容的考述,可以更加深入地了解古代医学的精髓和特色,为现代医学的发展提供有益的借鉴和启示.
Abstract
The Tianhui Medical Bamboo Slips(Tian Hui Yi Jian),unearthed from the Han Tomb in Tianhui Town,Chengdu,Sichuan,not only record the deep understanding of ancient physicians regarding various diseases but also provide a detailed explanation of multiple treatment methods,reflecting the exquisite techniques and wisdom of ancient medicine.The treatment methods described in the Tianhui Medical Bamboo Slips can be categorized into six major types:drug therapy,acupuncture,moxibustion,stone therapy,bar-therapy,and Zhu You.Each of these methods has its own merits,complements the others,and together forms the overall framework of the treatment system in the Tianhui Medical Bamboo Slips.Through a detailed study of the treatment methods in the Tianhui Medical Bamboo Slips,this study can gain a deeper understanding of the essence and characteristics of ancient medicine,providing valuable reference and inspiration for the development of modern medicine.
