虚、瘀、毒是晚期肺癌的核心病机,故提倡使用益气活血解毒法治疗.益气法可益肺气、益脾气和益肾气,活血法可活血化瘀、活血养血,解毒法可清热解毒、滋阴解毒、通络解毒.临床在合用三法时,要根据患者身体情况,因人而异,调整侧重点.
Abstract
Deficiency,blood stasis,and toxicity are the core disease mechanisms of advanced lung cancer.Therefore,the treatment methods of benefiting Qi,activating blood circulation,and removing toxins is advocated.The method of benefiting Qi can strengthen lung Qi,spleen Qi,and kidney Qi.The method of activating blood circulation can activate blood,resolve blood stasis,and nourish the blood.The method of removing toxins can clear heat,nourish Yin,and dredge collaterals to remove toxins.In clinical practice,when combining these three methods,the focus should be adjusted according to the patient's physical condition,as it varies from person to person.
