海藻配伍甘草的临床应用情况及安全性评价

摘要
目的 评价海藻配伍甘草的临床应用情况及安全性.方法 选择2017年1月1日—2023年1月31日北京市西城区广外医院和中日友好医院门诊与住院病历资料,筛选海藻与甘草配伍的处方,分析具体给药情况及患者用药前后身体状况.结果 患者145例次,共计367张处方存在海藻和甘草配伍使用,其中179张(48.78%)处方应用质量比是1∶1,连续时间最长为707 d.查看145例患者开始使用该配伍前1个月至用药结束后1个月的检验指标,未发现与海藻与甘草配伍相关的不良反应.结论 海藻与甘草的配伍,临床使用时应严谨辨证,斟酌用量及比例,同时加强安全性监测.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical application and safety of combination of seaweed and licorice.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records selected from outpatient and inpatient departments of Guangwai Hospital,Xicheng District of Beijing and China-Japan Friendship Hospital from January 1,2017 to January 31,2023 involving the presciptions using seaweed and licorice.The specific medication situation and the physical condition of patients before and after medication were analyzed.Results There were 145 patients with a total of 367 prescriptions that included seaweed and licorice used in compatibility,among which,179 prescriptions(48.78%)were applied in a mass ratio of 1∶1,the longest duration of continuous use was 707 days.Retrospectively reviewing the test indicators of the 145 patients from one month before to one month after using the combination revealed no adverse reactions related to the pairing of the two drugs.Conclusion When the combination of seaweed and licorice were used clinically,differential diagnosis should be strictly made and the dosage and ratio be considered and the safety monitoring be strenghened.
