国医大师王晞星基于"调和"法论治铂类化疗药物致周围神经病变

摘要
周围神经病变是铂类抗肿瘤药物常见的神经系统不良反应,临床以肢端麻木、感觉异常、遇冷加重等症状为主.王晞星教授提出应用"和法"治疗恶性肿瘤及疑难杂症,强调以"和"为辨治之基,认为周围神经病变总属本虚标实,"虚"为本,以"气虚、阳虚"为主,"瘀"为标,并发"寒凝、血瘀",主要病机为阴阳不和、气血不调及营卫不和.治疗上,倡导调和阴阳、调和气血及调和营卫.结合临床医案对王教授基于"调和"法治疗铂类化疗药物周围神经病变经验进行介绍.
Abstract
Peripheral neuropathy represents a prevalent neurological complication associated with platinum-based antineoplastic medications,characterized by symptoms such as numbness of the extremities,abnormal sensations,and exacerbated discomfort in response to cold.Prof.Wang Xixing has proposed employing the harmonization method in the treatment of malignant tumours and complicated diseases,emphasizing"harmony"as the cornerstone of treatment.He believes that peripheral neuropathy predominantly manifests as deficiency as the root,with deficiency of qi and yang as the root cause,stasis as the branch,and cold condensation and blood stasis as the complication.The primary pathogenic factors of peripheral neuropathy involve the disharmony between yin and yang,the imbalance of qi and blood and the disharmony between the ying and wei qi.The therapeutic interventions underscore the harmonisation of yin and yang,balancing qi and blood as well as reconciling the ying and wei qi.By providing proven clinical cases,this paper introduces Prof.Wang's clinical experience in treating peripheral neuropathy induced by platinum-based chemotherapy drugs using the harmonization method.
