摘要
溃疡性结肠炎是一种慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,一般呈慢性病程,常终生复发,严重危害患者身心健康.杨巍教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎经验丰富,以其病因病机为基石,总结祛湿清肠第一大法,自拟实炎方清热化湿、行气止痛,虚炎方健脾渗湿、培元固本,外用炎宁灌肠方排浊解毒,虚实异治,内外兼顾,疗效显著.本文从病因病机、治疗总法、分型论治、外用灌肠、验案举隅五个方面针对杨巍教授祛湿清肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的经验进行探讨.
Abstract
Ulcerative colitis is a chronic,non-specific inflammatory disease of the intestine characterized by a typically chronic course with frequent lifelong relapses,seriously compromising the physical and mental well being of patients.Prof.Yang Wei,a renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner,possesses extensive experience in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.She establishes the foundation of her approach on the understanding of its etiology and pathogenesis,proposing the primary method of dispelling dampness and cleansing intestine.She has created the Shiyan Formula(Excess Fire Formula)to clear heat,resolve dampness,promote qi circulation and relieve pain,the Xuyan Formula(Deficiency Fire Formula),which aims to fortify the spleen and eliminate dampness,cultivate the origin.Her treatment approach incorporates both internal and external dimensions,exemplified by the external application of Yanning Enema Formula(Inflammation-Relieving Enema Formula)to expel turbidity and resolve toxicity.Her treatment addresses deficiency and excess in differentiated manners,which has yielded notable therapeutic.This paper delves into Prof.Yang Wei's expertise in managing ulcerative colitis through the lens of five aspects:etiology and pathogenesis,overarching treatment methodology,typology-based treatment,enema,and illustrative case studies.
