摘要
寒热错杂证是同时可见寒象热象的证候,有上下部位和脏腑病位等不同划分,在临床上慢性疑难杂病常见,往往治法各异,莫衷一是,没有固定治则治法,本文基于姜良铎教授提出三焦膜性管道理论,三焦膜性管道联络沟通一身内外上下,贯穿经络脏腑,三焦膜性管道是脏腑发挥生理功能和发展病理过程的场所,也是机体半表半里之枢机,多脏腑功能失调往往表现为表里、寒热、虚实并见的错杂证候,三焦膜性管道功能失调即是脏腑功能失调的关键点,三焦郁滞即是寒热错杂证的核心病机,治疗三焦郁滞的治法为疏利三焦,具体为"通、化、调",以此治疗寒热错杂证确有疗效,可作为寒热错杂证的治法,使其治疗有径可寻.
Abstract
The pattern of cold and heat in complexity is a condition presenting both cold and heat symptoms simultaneously,often observed in different segments of the body and various organ systems.It is commonly encountered in clinical practice,particularly in chronic and perplexing illnesses,where treatment approaches vary widely without a standardized method.This paper is founded on Prof.Jiang Liangduo's theory of the sanjiao membranous channel,which asserts that this network connects and communicates the internal and external aspects of the body,traversing meridians and internal organs.The sanjiao membranous channel serves as a location for organ functionality and the progression of pathological processes.It acts as a pivotal junction between the superficial and deep aspects of the body.Dysfunctions in multiple organs often manifest as a combination of external and internal symptoms,cold and heat imbalances,and mixed patterns of deficiency and excess.Dysfunction in the sanjiao membranous channel is pivotal in understanding visceral malfunction.Stagnation within this channel represents the core pathological mechanism of the cold-heat complex pattern.The treatment approach for sanjiao stagnation involves regulating and facilitating its function through specific method termed"clearing,transforming,and adjusting".This therapeutic approach has shown efficacy in addressing the pattern of cold and heat in complex,offering a systematic treatment guideline for this complex condition.
