朱丹溪"相火理论"在早发性卵巢功能不全中的应用

摘要
早发性卵巢功能不全是影响女性生殖健康的一种疾病,通过对朱丹溪学术思想的学习发现"相火理论"的内涵与早发性卵巢功能不全的病机有异曲同工之秒.故本文基于朱丹溪"相火理论",认为相火妄动燔灼阴精导致肾精亏损,从而进一步引发肝肾阴虚、心肾不交,肝失疏泄是早发性卵巢功能不全的核心病机,治疗当以补肾益精为大法,兼顾滋阴降火、交通心肾、养血填精,同时总结名家经验,以期为临床治疗早发性卵巢功能不全提供参考.
Abstract
Premature ovarian insufficiency profoundly impacts women's reproductive health.An exploration of Zhu Danxi's academic insights unveiled parallels between the"theory of ministerial fire"and the pathogenesis of premature ovarian insufficiency.Consequently,based on Zhu Danxi's"theory of ministerial fire",this article posits that frenetic stirring of the ministerial fire burns yin essence and leads to a depletion of kidney essence.This further induces deficiency of liver and kidney yin,failure of the heart and kidney to interact,and disrupts the liver's function of regulating the free flow of qi,constituting the core pathogenesis of premature ovarian insufficiency.Treatment strategies should center on supplementing the kidneys and benefiting the essence,nourishing the yin and suppressing excessive the fire,restore interaction between the heart and kidney,nourishing the blood and replenishing essence.Additionally,the paper consolidates insights from prominent scholars,endeavoring to offer valuable clinical insights for managing premature ovarian insufficiency.
