摘要
目的 观察电热针联合毫针疗法对外阴白斑患者的治疗效果,特别关注外阴色素脱失、瘙痒和干燥症状的改善.方法 选取外阴白斑患者67例,随机分为治疗组(34例,给予电热针联合毫针针刺治疗)和对照组(33例,仅给予毫针针刺治疗).分别比较2组患者治疗前后的临床有效率、临床疗效评分、复发率.结果 电热针治疗90次后治疗组的总有效率(100％)显著高于对照组(87.9％);且治疗组和对照组的临床治疗评分显著低于治疗前,同时治疗组显著低于对照组;治疗组的复发率(2.9％)显著低于对照组(27.3％),差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 电热针联合毫针疗法经过90次治疗可以显著改善外阴白斑患者的色素脱失、瘙痒和干燥等症状,临床疗效明显优于单纯毫针针刺疗法,为外阴白斑的治疗提供了新的思路和方法.
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of electro-thermic acupuncture combined with filiform acupuncture on patients with vulvar leukoplakia,with a particular focus on improving depigmentation,pruritus,and dryness symptoms of the vulva.Methods A total of 67 vulvar leukoplakia patients were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(34 cases,receiving electro-thermic acupuncture combined with filiform acupuncture)and a control group(33 cases,receiving only filiform acupuncture).The clinical effectiveness rate,clinical efficacy scores,and recurrence rates before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 90 sessions of electro-thermic acupuncture treatment,the overall effectiveness rate in the observation group(100％)was significantly higher than that in the control group(87.9％).Furthermore,both groups showed significantly lower clinical efficacy scores after treatment compared to before treatment,with the observation group demonstrating significantly lower scores than the control group.The recurrence rate in the observation group(2.9％)was significantly lower than that in the control group(27.3％),and all differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Electro-thermic acupuncture combined with filiform acupuncture,after 90 treatment sessions,can significantly improve the depigmentation,pruritus,and dryness symptoms in patients with vulvar leukoplakia.The clinical efficacy of this approach is notably superior to that of filiform acupuncture alone.This therapy may offer new perspectives and methods for the treatment of vulvar leukoplakia.
