摘要
颈椎病属于中医学"项痹""痹证"等范畴,多因感受风、寒、湿等邪气,邪气闭阻经络,使气血运行不畅,导致肢体筋骨、关节、肌肉等部分疼痛、酸楚、重着、麻木,甚至出现肌肉萎缩、无力.颈椎病是一种常见病、职业病,临床上中医辨证分型以寒凝证居多.国医大师李士懋坚持平脉辨证的临床思维,积累了几十年的临床经验,自拟方剂寒痉汤用于治疗寒凝证相关疾病.寒痉汤具有温阳散寒、发汗解表、通络止痛之功.患者服用寒痉汤并配合辅汗三法,使其汗出,将寒邪等邪气祛除体外.李教授应用寒痉汤发汗治疗颈椎病寒凝证,取得满意疗效.
Abstract
Cervical spondylosis within the realms of traditional Chinese medicine as xiangbi(neck paralysis)and bizheng(paralysis syndrome).It is often attributed to the invasion of wind,cold,and dampness,which block the meridians and impede the smooth flow of qi and blood,leading to pain,soreness,heaviness,numbness,and,in severe cases,muscle atrophy and weakness in limbs,joints,muscles.Nowadays cervical spondylosis has become a common and occupational disease,with cold coagulation being the predominant TCM classification.Li Shimao,laureate of the title National TCM Master with a steadfast clinical approach of pulse syndrome differentiation,has accumulated decades of clinical experience.He formulated the prescription Hanjing Decoction(Cold Convulsion Decoction)for treating diseases related to cold coagulation.This formula is characterized by its ability to warm yang,dispel cold,induce sweating,relieve external symptoms,and unblock collaterals to alleviate pain.Patients taking the medication,combined with the three methods of assisting sweating,experience the elimination of pathogenic factors such as cold evil from the body.Li Shimao's application of Hanjing Decoction with sweating therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis with cold coagulation syndrome has yielded satisfactory result.
