Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common endocrine disease in women of childbearing age.Its pathogenesis involves mainly liver,spleen and kidney dysfunction and its corresponding pathological products,leading to dysfunction of the kidney-tiangui-chong & ren-uterus reproductive axis.As the dysfunction of the liver,spleen,and kidney often arises from the disorder of qi movement,treatment often starts with qi in order to regulate its flow,balance visceral organs,and restore the normal state of the reproductive axis.This article summarizes Professor Wang's clinical experience in treating PCOS through the lens of the qi theory,encompassing an analysis of the pathogenesis and medication approach,in order to provide ideas for clinical treatment of PCOS.
