摘要
顽固性便秘作为一种经传统药物治疗效果欠佳的长期慢性功能性便秘,常常严重损害患者的身心健康和生活质量.顽固性便秘病位在大肠,病因病机为饮食、情志等各种因素所致肠道气滞、热结、寒凝或气血阴阳亏虚,导致肠腑通降失职.瘀血可致顽固性便秘,不仅在于瘀血,更在于其变生.瘀血可致气滞、气虚、血虚、津亏之证,均可加重便秘.辛润通络之品可活血不伤气、润燥不滋腻、宣通不助邪,用于治疗顽固性便秘,正中病机.笔者结合临床病案对从瘀血论治顽固性便秘进行介绍.
Abstract
Intractable constipation,as a long-standing chronic functional disorder,often remains refractory to conventional medical interventions,severely impacting patients'physical and mental well-being and overall quality of life.Typically affecting the large intestine,the etiology and pathogenesis of the condition involve various factors such as diet and emotional issues leading to qi stagnation,heat accumulation,cold coagulation,or deficiencies of qi,blood,yin,and yang.These factors result in compromised bowel function.Blood stasis contributes significantly to intractable constipation,not only due to its presence but also due to its transformative effects.Blood stasis can induce symptoms of qi stagnation,qi deficiency,blood deficiency,and fluid deficiency,all exacerbating constipation.Traditional Chinese herbal remedies that dredge collaterals with pungent-moistening herbs effectively target the pathogenesis of intractable constipation by activating blood flow without compromising qi,moisturizing without causing cloying,and promoting circulation without exacerbating the evil.This paper presents insights into the treatment of intractable constipation from the perspective of addressing blood stasis,supplemented by one clinical case report.
