摘要
糖尿病性勃起功能障碍是男科的常见病、也是糖尿病后期常见的并发症,现今,中医对糖尿病性勃起障碍尚无统一认识,治疗效果欠佳,李曰庆教授总结古籍文献,结合自身 50 余年的临床经验,认为本病的病机特点为"气阴两虚为本,郁滞为变,瘀血为核心病机",治疗上以"行气活血,滋阴益气"为基本治疗方法,并在辨证论治的处方用药,中西医协同治疗,提高临床疗效.
Abstract
Erectile dysfunction associated with diabetes mellitus is a common disease in andrology and a prevalent complication in the later stage of diabetes.Presently,there is no agreed-upon understandings of diabetic erectile dysfunction in traditional Chinese medicine,leading to suboptimal treatment outcomes.Drawing upon over 50 years of clinical experience and a synthesis of ancient literature,Professor Li Yueqing identifies the pathogenesis characteristic of the disease as"qi and yin deficiency as the foundation,with transformation into stagnation,and blood stasis as the core pathogenesis".The proposed treatment approach revolves around the fundamental principles of"moving qi and activating blood,nourishing in and invigorating qi".Professor Li emphasizes the importance of individualized prescription medication based on syndrome differentiation,advocating for a collaborative approach that integrates both traditional Chinese and Western medicine to enhance clinical efficacy.
