张洪春治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作临床经验

摘要
慢性支气管炎急性发作是指慢性支气管炎患者咳嗽、咳痰等症状加重的时期,严重者出现呼吸困难,可发展成慢性阻塞性肺疾病.张洪春教授认为慢性支气管炎急性发作为本虚标实之证,肺脾两虚为本,风邪、痰饮、腑实为标.在治法上提出疏风透邪,宣肺化痰;肺肠兼顾,表里同治;肺脾同调,以防复发的观点,为中医临床治疗提供借鉴.
Abstract
Acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis(AECB)refers to a period when symptoms such as cough,expectoration worsen,and in severe cases,dyspnea may lead to the development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Prof.Zhang Hongchun views AECB as a manifestation of deficiency in both the lung and spleen as the root,with wind evil,phlegm and bowel excess as the branch.In terms of treatment,he proposes the principles of dispersing wind,expelling pathogenic factors,and diffusing the lung and dissolving phlegm.Simultaneous consideration of the lungs and intestines,treating both the exterior and interior,and harmonizing the lung and spleen to prevent recurrence are emphasized.This article provides valuable insights for the TCM treatment of AECB.
