摘要
《景岳全书》云"盖寐本乎阴,神其主也.神安则寐,神不安则不寐".庞鹤教授从中得到启发,认为神属精神、思维、意识活动,而不寐是一种以长期入睡困难或难以维持睡眠,日间伴乏力困倦等精神不振表现为特点的睡眠障碍疾病,属于精神疾病范畴.神在夜不能内舍于五脏形成睡眠,则会导致在昼神不能形于外维持人体正常活动出现乏力困倦.因此,治疗不寐应该重在安神,而五脏皆藏神,可调和五脏之神达到"神安则寐"的效果.阐述庞教授对于"神安则寐,神不安则不寐"理论的解读,从而为中医药治疗不寐提供新思想和理论依据.
Abstract
Jingyue Quanshu(The Complete Works of[Zhang]Jing-yue)states,"sleep is rooted in yin,with the spirit as its master.A peaceful spirit induces sleep,while a restless spirit impedes sleep".Inspired by this,Professor Pang He posits that the spirit encompasses mental,cognitive,and conscious activities.Insomnia,characterized by chronic difficulty in falling or staying asleep and accompanied by daytime fatigue and lethargy,falls within the realm of mental disorders.If the spirit cannot rest within the five internal organs at night,it leads to daytime fatigue and inability to maintain normal activities.Therefore,the treatment of insomnia should focus on calming the spirit.Since the spirit resides in the five internal organs,harmonizing these organs can achieve the effect of"peaceful spirit inducing restful sleep".This paper elucidates Professor Pang's interpretation of this idea,providing new insights and theoretical foundations for the treatment of insomnia with Chinese medicine.
