摘要
反流性食管炎为消化内科常见病之一,具有易复发、难根治的特点.姚树坤教授为全国第六、第七批名老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,善治脾胃病,对反流性食管炎的认识见解独特.姚教授指出饮酒、辛辣、肥甘厚腻饮食及工作、学习等压力为主要病因,病位位于食管,涉及脾、胃、肝、胆等脏腑,脾胃升降失调、肝胆气机郁滞引起的气机升降失调是核心病机.治疗时应注重斡旋脾胃,疏肝利胆,清热祛湿,同时可辅助收敛、活血、化痰、肃肺降气等方法,使脾胃肝胆等气机恢复正常升降.药物治疗同时应进行健康教育,两相结合,疗效颇佳.
Abstract
Reflux esophagitis is one of the common diseases in gastroenterology,characterized by its tendency to recur and difficulty to cure.Professor Yao Shukun,a guidance tutor for the experience inheritance work of the sixth and seventh batch of renowned traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)experts in China,is skilled in addressing spleen and stomach diseases and has a unique understanding of managing reflux esophagitis.Professor Yao points out that the main causes include alcohol consumption,spicy,fatty,and greasy diets,as well as work,study,and other pressures.The disease is located in the esophagus and involves organs such as the spleen,stomach,liver,and gallbladder.The core pathogenesis is the imbalance of the spleen and stomach's ascending and descending functions,and the stagnation of qi in the liver and gallbladder leading to an overall imbalance of qi movement.When treating reflux esophagitis,attention should be paid to mediating the spleen and stomach,soothing the liver and gallbladder,and clearing heat and dampness.Additionally,auxiliary methods such as astringing,promoting blood circulation,resolving phlegm,clearing the lungs,and lowering qi can be employed to restore the normal rise and fall of qi in the spleen,stomach,liver,and gallbladder.Combining drug therapy with health education results in significant therapeutic effects.
