《素圃医案》产后病证治探析

摘要
《素圃医案》为新安医家郑重光所撰,是其一生临床经验总结的医案合集.其卷四中胎产治效的辨治特色可总结为以下方面:重用参姜,长于扶阳;宗法仲景,补以温热;脉证合参,慎辨阴阳.并结合3 个医案对其产后病证治特色进行阐述.
Abstract
Su Pu Yi An(Supu's Case Records),authored by Zheng Chongguang,a TCM physician from Xin'an,is a compilation of his clinical experiences.The fourth volume focuses on the unique characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment for postpartum conditions,which can be summarized as follows:heavy use of ginseng and ginger to support yang,following the method of Zhang Zhongjing with supplementary warm treatments,careful analysis of pulse and symptoms to distinguish between yin and yang.This paper elaborates on these characteristics through the discussion of three specific medical cases.
