As a result, ICP and XRF were used to analyze the compositions of the magnetic materials within the industrial silicon pow-ders used in our corporation. Our results show that iron, aluminum, and calcium constitute the main magnetic substances in industrial silicon powder. Notably, the iron content is the highest among these elements. To address this issue, we introduce magnetic separator equipment at the cold hydrogenation feeding port, which effectively reduces magnetic material content by approximately 75%. This in-novation not only enhances the utilization efficiency of industrial silicon powder but also ensures the safe and smooth operation of the production process.
