稀土Y及Al-5Ti-B细化剂复合添加对A356铝合金组织和力学性能的影响

摘要
用Al-20Y变质剂和Al-5Ti-B细化剂处理A356 铝合金熔体,研究稀土Y与Al-5Ti-B复合添加对A356 铝合金组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:稀土Y和Al-5Ti-B复合添加能提高形核率、细化α-Al晶粒尺寸和改变共晶硅形貌,共晶硅的形貌由针状和板片状变为短杆状和颗粒状,使铸造铝合金的力学性能提高.添加稀土 Y和Al-5Ti-B的A356 铸造铝合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率分别为146 MPa、98 MPa和4.0%.
Abstract
The melt of A356 aluminum alloy was treated with Al-20Y denaturant and Al-5Ti-B refiner to study the effects of the com-posite addition of Rare Earth Y and Al-5Ti-B on the microstructure and mechanical properties of A356 aluminum alloy.The results showed that the addition of Rare Earth Y and Al-5Ti-B can improve the nucleation rate,refine the α-Al grain size and change the eu-tectic silicon morphology,and the eutectic silicon morphology change from needle-like and slab-like to short rod-like and granular,which improve the mechanical properties of the cast aluminum alloy.The tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of A356 cast a-luminum alloy with the addition of Rare Earth Y and Al-5Ti-B are 146 MPa,98 MPa and 4.0%,respectively.
