摘要

采用包埋渗法在钼铼合金基体上制备MoSi2 涂层,探讨包埋渗工艺条件对涂层厚度的影响,通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜等手段研究所制备涂层的理化特性.研究结果表明:渗剂中氟化钠活化剂的用量、热处理温度及保温时间对涂层厚度具有显著影响.当渗剂中硅粉、氟化钠、氧化铝的重量比为30:5:65,热处理温度为1000℃,保温时间为2h时,所制备得到的涂层均匀性较好,涂层厚度约25 μm.

Abstract

This paper,by using MoSi2 coating prepared on a molybdenum-rhenium alloy substrate through pack cementation technique,investigated the effect of pack cementation reaction conditions on coating thickness.The physicochemical properties of the coating were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,etc.The results showed that the dosage of sodium fluoride acti-vator,heat treatment temperature and holding time had significant effects on the coating thickness.When the weight ratio of the silica powder,sodium fluoride and alumina in the impregnating agent was 30:5:65,the heat treatment temperature was 1000℃,and the holding time was 2 h,the coating uniformity was better and the coating thickness was about 25 μm.
