摘要

为预防煤矸石山自燃事故的发生,利用Fluent数值模拟,研究了煤矸石山内部渗流场的分布.借鉴采空区自燃三带理论,对煤矸石山自燃三带进行划分,明确其内部自燃三带的分布规律,以期对煤矸石山自燃的防治提供帮助.结果表明:煤矸石山坡面空气渗流速度较高,并随着点位距坡面深度的增加而迅速下降;煤矸石山散热带位于近坡面与坡脚,窒息带位于坡顶与矸石山深部;氧化带形状为类梭形,位于距煤矸石山底部 5.8~14.9 m范围内,氧化带外表面距煤矸石山斜坡面1.1~1.4 m,内表面距煤矸石山斜坡面3.1~10.2 m,自燃危险性较大,需要重点防治.

Abstract

In order to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal gangue mountain,the distribution of seepage field inside coal gangue mountain was studied by using Fluent numerical simulation.Based on the theory of"Three Zones"of spontaneous combustion in goaf,the three zones of spontaneous combustion in coal gangue mountain are divided and its distribution law is defined in order to provide help for the prevention and treatment of spontaneous combustion in coal gangue mountain.The results show that the air seepage velocity is higher on the slope of coal gangue and decreases rapidly with the increase of the depth from the slope.The coal gangue scattering zone is located near and at the foot of the slope.The asphyxiation zone is located at the the top of the slope and deep in the gangue mountain.The oxidation zone is located in the range of 5.8~14.9 meters from the bottom of the coal gangue hill in the shape of fusi-form.The outer surface of the oxidation zone is1.1~1.4 meters away from the slope of the coal gangue mountain,and the inner sur-face is 3.1~10.2 meters away from the slope of the coal gangue mountain.
