基于系统耦合理论的高校"劳动教育+思政教育"协同育人机制研究

推进劳动教育与思政教育同向同行、协同育人是落实高质量教育教学改革实践的重要课题.在分析"劳动教育+思政教育"协同育人模式构建的逻辑机理的基础上,从系统耦合理论的视角出发,提出劳动教育教学系统与思政教育教学系统的"三维"立体耦合分析模型,构建了提升劳动教育与思政教育教学系统主体层面协同"能力源",搭建劳动教育与思政教育教学系统环体层面协同"共享链",拓展劳动教育与思政教育教学系统介体层面协同"空间域"三个层面的协同育人实践路径,以期完善劳动教育与思政教育的协同育人教育理念与实践.
The Collaborative Education Mechanism of"Labor Education with Ideological and Political Education"Based on System Coupling Theory
Integrating collaborative education of labor education with ideological and political education is important in implementing high-quality education and teaching reform practices in universities.This study,grounded in the collaborative education mechanism of"labor education with ideological and political education",from the perspective of system coupling theory,proposes a"three-dimensional"coupling analysis model for this education mechanism.It has constructed three levels of collaborative educational practice paths of enhancing the collaborative"capacity sourse"of teaching subjects of labor education with ideological and political education,building a collaborative"sharing chain"between labor education and ideological and political education teaching environment,and expanding the collaborative"spatial domain"of labor education and ideological and political education.The aim is to refine the concept and practice of collaborative education between labor education and ideological and political education.
