博物馆人才评价指标体系构建研究——知识生产过程视角

博物馆高质量发展离不开博物馆人才队伍的支撑,人才评价具有"指挥棒"的重要导向作用,激发博物馆人才队伍活力需要依靠一套科学合理的博物馆人才评价指标体系.本研究从知识生产过程的视角,结合博物馆实践性、交叉性和社会性三大行业特色,构建了涵盖准入门槛、知识生产、知识传播、知识转化4个维度的一级指标,若干二、三级指标的博物馆人才评价指标体系.该指标体系对于博物馆行业、博物馆用人单位以及博物馆人才培养单位均有一定参考价值.
Research on the Construction of Museum Talent Evaluation Index System:From the Perspective of Knowledge Production Process
The high-quality development of museums cannot be achieved without the support of museum talent team.Talent evaluation plays an important guiding role of"baton".To stimulate the vitality of museum talent team,it is necessary to rely on a set of scientific and reasonable museum talent evaluation index system.From the perspective of knowledge production process,combined with the three major industry characteristics of museums,namely practicality,intersections and sociality,this study constructed a museum talent evaluation index system covering four dimensions,namely entry threshold,knowledge production,knowledge dissemination and knowledge transformation,as well as several secondary and tertiary indexes.The index system has certain reference value for the museum industry,the museum employing units and the museum personnel training units.
