Present Situation of Processing and Comprehensive Utilization on Pineapple in China
This paper reviewed the situation of processing and the comprehensive utilization on pineapple in China and primary introduced the development of canned food, concentrated juice, and fermented wine of pineapples last 2 years. Finally the author concluded that the higher duty makes native enter prises in a inferior position when compete with foreign companies.
