冬枣贮藏效果预测因素的初步研究

以我国4个主要冬枣产地的冬枣为试材,对冬枣采收时带菌率和主要品质指标与贮藏结束时腐烂率及变红程度的关系进行研究,从而确定能够预测冬枣贮藏效果的因素.结果表明,冬枣采收时的带菌率和可溶性固形物含量可以预测冬枣贮藏过程中的腐烂程度与变红程度,可以作为预测大批量冬枣贮藏效果的预测因素,而其他指标难以较好地预测冬枣贮藏后病害程度与品质.
Primary Study on Indicator for Prediction of Storage Period of Dongzao Jujube
Dongzao jujube from four product areas as material, latent infection rate and main quality factor is measured, and decay rate and red fruit rate is investigated after cold storage to determine the predictive indicator for storage effect of Dongzao jujube. The results showed that the latent infection rate and soluble content could be reliable indicator to predict the batch quality of Dongzao jujube. Other quality index did not have reliable predictive effect.
