Primary Study on Indicator for Prediction of Storage Period of Dongzao Jujube
Dongzao jujube from four product areas as material, latent infection rate and main quality factor is measured, and decay rate and red fruit rate is investigated after cold storage to determine the predictive indicator for storage effect of Dongzao jujube. The results showed that the latent infection rate and soluble content could be reliable indicator to predict the batch quality of Dongzao jujube. Other quality index did not have reliable predictive effect.
