Investigation and Analyses of the Frozen Pear Production History, Present Situation and the Industrial Problems
Based on the investigation of varieties of frozen pears in northern China and their origin,production methods and problems,the frozen pear production history,culture,variety characteristics and research status were summarized and analyzed.Based on this,the main problems need to solve in the field of frozen pear industry and the future research direction were put forward.
