刺梨的生物活性成分及加工利用研究进展

归纳了刺梨中黄酮、多酚、多糖、超氧化物歧化酶、有机酸及抗坏血酸、三萜类化合物等多种生物活性成分的研究进展,不同的提取工艺对其抗氧化活性及含量具有显著影响,指出了刺梨具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗癌和抗炎等多种功效,总结了近年来刺梨在食品、保健品、药品及化妆品领域的加工现状,以期为刺梨新产品的开发提供参考.
This paper summarises the research progress of the flavonoids,polyphenols,polysaccharides,superoxide dismutase,organic acids and ascorbic acid,triterpenoids and other bioactive components contained in Rosa rox-burghii,presents different extraction processes have a significant impact on their antioxidant activity and content,points out that Rosa roxburghii has the functions of enhancing immunity,antioxidation,anticancer,anti-inflamma-tory and so on,summarises the processing status of Rosa roxburghii products in food,health care products,phar-maceuticals and cosmetics in recent years,in order to provide reference for the development of new products of Rosa roxburghii.
