以交联羧甲基纤维素为原料,分别加入不同比例及种类辅强剂、增塑剂,制成不同性质的各种纤维素基可降解薄膜,经过检测,确定了辅强剂PVA用量为CCMC质量的30%,增塑剂最佳组合为乙二醇8%,聚乙二醇4%,丙三醇12%.
Research on Influences of the Auxiliary Strengthening Agents and the Plasticizer on Mechanical Property of the Cellulose Membrane
Using CCMC as raw materials,and mixed into the auxiliary strengthening agents and plasticizer of different proportion and different kinds,the different kinds of plastic film of full biodegradation were prepared.After detecting,the conclusion was that the weight of the PVE as auxiliary strengthening agents was 30%in the CCMC,and the best assembly of the plasticizer was glycol 8%,carmowax 4%,propanetriol 12%.
