With the progress of technology and digitalization,consumer financial information products play a crucial role in the modern economy and financial system.The work aims to explore the user experience factors of consumer fi-nancial information products and optimize the experience design and evaluation methods.Based on the users'dynamic trust needs,questionnaires were distributed to college students as research objects,284 valid data were used as research samples,and quantitative analysis was performed by SPSS software.Consumer financial product interaction design was performed based on the data conclusions,and the evaluation model of consumer financial information product design was constructed from the perspective of dynamic trust.Based on the multi-level index model of product evaluation,the design and evaluation index weights were obtained and the overall score of consumer financial information product experience was derived.Combining the design and evaluation of consumer financial information products from the perspective of users'dynamic trust can effectively quantitatively design and test the products,strengthen the trust relationship between the products and the users,obtain the changing needs of the users in the process of dynamic interaction,improve the hu-man-computer trust relationship,and enhance the ability of the products for continuous improvement.
