基于旋流强度散粮气力旋流输送特性研究

目的 研究散粮旋流输送流场特性,为散粮高效输送提供依据.方法 首先提出用旋流强度揭示旋流场的强弱,并给出定义和推导计算公式,论述旋流强度的离散及实现.然后基于旋流强度研究螺旋导流叶片起旋装置产生的旋流场特性,依据Realizable k-e湍流模型,通过计算流体力学-离散元(CFD-DEM)耦合数值模拟计算.结果 散粮颗粒以一定的入口速度进入管道,在导流叶片起旋装置引导下开始螺旋运动,粮食颗粒的轴向速度沿径向对称分布,切向速度沿管道轴线对称分布.结论 通过旋流参数的对比分析,得出旋流场的最佳边界条件,入口轴向速度为20m/s、叶片数量为6时,旋流使散粮颗粒能够充分起旋、不沉降,输送状态最佳.
Characteristics of Bulk Grain Pneumatic Swirl Conveying Based on Swirl Strength
The work aims to study the flow field characteristics of bulk grain swirl conveying to provide basis for efficient bulk grain conveying.First,the strength of the swirl field was revealed by the swirl intensity,the definition and calculation formula were given,and the dispersion and realization of swirl intensity were discussed.Based on the swirl intensity,the characteristics of swirl field generated by spiral vane spin-off device were studied.According to the Realizable k-e turbulence model,the calculation was completed through numerical simulation with CFD-DEM coupling.Bulk grain particles entered the pipeline at a certain inlet velocity and began to spiral under the guidance of the swirl device on the vane,and the axial velocity of grain particles was distributed symmetrically along the radial direction.Tangential velocity was distributed symmetrically along the pipe axis.In conclusion,through a comparative analysis of the swirling parameters,the optimal boundary conditions for the swirl field are determined.At an inlet axial velocity of 20 m/s and a blade count of 6,the swirl effectively induces sufficient rotation in the grain particles,preventing sedimentation and achieving the best transport conditions.
