Structural Design and Mechanical Properties Simulation of Propellant Packaging
The work aims to solve the problems of solid propellant packaging in the protection,material selection and structural design to improve the standardization and automation level of packaging and carry out packaging simulation design to meet the needs of modern packaging.Firstly,the product characteristics of propellants were analyzed,and the scheme of inner and outer packaging was designed.Then,the SolidWorks was used for 3D modeling to achieve standardized and automated adaptive design.Finally,LS-DYNA and ANSYS Workbench were used for static stacking and drop transient simulation analysis.The designed packaging box showed good mechanical properties and safety margin in static stacking and drop tests.The stress of the propellant and the packaging box did not exceed the yield strength of the material,which ensured the safety of the propellant during transportation.The standardized design of propellant packaging box improves the compatibility and safety,the automated adaptive design improves the operation efficiency,and the simulation analysis optimizes the packaging performance,which meets the high standard requirements of modern technology for propellant packaging.
