The work aims to optimize the design of existing walker to deal with the problem of Parkinson's elderly patients who have difficulty in traveling, further improve the quality of life of the elderly, and improve their ability to take care of themselves. On the basis of Kano's questionnaire research and analysis,a comprehensive evaluation of the Par-kinson's elderly walker design was formed by combining the hierarchical analysis method(AHP)and the fuzzy compre-hensive evaluation method(FCE).First, the elements and attributes of Parkinson's geriatric walker target users' needs were analyzed.AHP was used to establish different hierarchical element analysis models based on the walker, and com-plete the weight ordering of the evaluation elements. Finally,FCE was used to score the resulting scheme, and complete the refinement analysis of the optimal scheme.By applying the AHP-FCE method to the design process of Parkinson's geriatric walker, user needs were deeply explored from the dimensions of design evaluation and scheme decision-making,so that the design scheme was more reasonable.Based on user needs, the qualitative indexes are quantified, and the walker is redesigned according to the degree of functional importance, which provides reference guidance for the design innova-tion of related products.
