为解决当前冷藏车厢内环境调控设计复杂的问题,并进一步提升冷藏车远程智能运维水平,结合蓄冷式冷藏车设计,完成冷藏车保鲜环境远程智能调控系统开发.从数据层、机制层和物理层建立调控系统架构,基于货架期理论建立环境参数调控目标数据库,通过整合神经网络、模糊控制和PID算法形成协同智能化调控方案.运用5G和PLC技术,建构多终端监控和调控平台.冷藏车静态调控性能检验表明,冷量分布一致性较好,厢内环境温度日间最大温升速率小于0.4℃/h,超上限温度控制在0.5℃内.经冷藏车动态运行测试,食品货物保鲜效果良好.研究可为生鲜冷链运输行业提升运输品质提供借鉴.
Design of 5G-Based remote intelligent control system for fresh-keeping environment of refrigerated trucks
In order to solve the complicated problem of environmental control design in refrigerated trucks and further improve the remote intelligent operation and maintenance level of refrigerated trucks,combined with the design of cold-storage refrigerated trucks,a remote intelligent control system of refrigerated truck fresh-keeping environment was developed.The control system architecture was established from the data layer,mechanism layer and physical layer,and the threshold database of environmental parameters was established based on the shelf life theory.The collaborative intelligent control scheme was formed by integrating neural network,fuzzy control and PID algorithm.Building a multi-terminal monitoring and control platform using 5G and PLC technology Through the static control performance test of refrigerated truck,the fastest temperature increase rate of the interior environment during the day is less than 0.4℃/h,and the temperature above the threshold is controlled within 0.5℃.The dynamic operation test of refrigerated truck indicates its excellent fresh-keeping effect of food goods.This study can provide reference for the fresh cold chain transportation industry to improve the transportation quality.
