Optimization design of tea fixing and carding machine and research on fuzzy PID temperature control system
In response to the problems of high noise,high vibration and wear,unstable temperature,and low degree of automation in the current domestic tea fixing and carding machine,the feeding device and fixing and carding device of the tea fixing and carding machine were optimized and designed as two independent mechanisms.Electric cylinders were used to lift multi-slot pots and eliminate the influence of vibration symmetry accuracy.Solidworks software was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the tea fixing and carding machine;The temperature control system was optimized,fuzzy PID was adopted to control the temperature of tea leaves for fixing and carding,and Matlab/Simulink software was used to simulate and analyze the temperature control system. A prototype of a tea fixing and carding machine was developed,and the comparative test results show that the design enhances the anti-interference ability of the temperature control system.The tea forming rate and processing efficiency are increased by 7.6% and 28.0%,respectively.The moisture content,broken tea rate,noise,and bearing temperature rise are reduced by 7.9%,25.0%,23.1%,and 46.2%,respectively.The study provides a theoretical basis for the design of tea fixing and carding machine.
