Correlation Study on the Contents of Ammonium Oxalate and Beauvericin with Appearance Traits of Differently Processed Bombyx Batryticatus
To study the correlation between the contents of ammonium oxalate and beauvericin and their appearance in different products of Bombyx Batryticatus, HPLC-UV method was used to determine the contents of ammonium oxalate and beauvericin both in different batches of Bombyx Batryticatus and Fried Bombyx Batryticatus, and their correlation with the weight, length, diameter and the number of silkgland rings of Bombyx Batryticatus and Fried Bombyx Batrytica-tus was analyzed by SPSS 26. 0 software. Results showed that the contents of ammonium oxalate and beauvericin in Bom-byx Batryticatus were positively correlated, and the contents of two components were also positively correlated with the ap-pearance traits of Bombyx Batryticatus. Furthermore, there was a significant positive correlation between the content of beauvericin and its appearance traits of Fried Bombyx Batryticatus;however, there was no correlation between ammonium oxalate content and beauvericin content or other appearance traits. The results can provide reference for the quality evaluation of the products of Bombyx Ba-tryticatus and Fried Bombyx Batryticatus, and supply basis for standardizing its processing technology.
