Layout Optimization of Offshore Wind Turbine Tower Production Line Based on Improved Black Widow Algorithm
In order to reduce the material handling distance and improve the handling efficiency of the offshore wind turbine tower production workshop,and reduce the logistics cost of the production workshop,the characteristics and existing problems of the tower production line is analyzed,including unreasonable production station configuration and logistics complexity.A production line layout optimization method based on the improved Black Widow algorithm is proposed,aiming to achieve efficient operation of the production line through optimal production station configuration and logistics planning.The new method was compared with genetic algorithm,harmony algorithm,and original black widow optimization algorithm in experiments.The results show that the proposed layout optimization method can significantly improve the production efficiency of offshore wind turbine tower production lines and reduce logistics costs,which have certain guiding significance for promoting the improvement of offshore wind turbine production efficiency.
