Buckling Behavior and Strength Analysis of Brackets in Large Cruise Ship Deck Compartments
Based on meeting the structural strength,four types of brackets buckling damage forms and the stress distribution of ribs and rib plates are analyzed by combining nonlinear finite element numerical simulation and ultimate bearing capacity test with the node structure of brackets of accommodation compartments in the living area as the research object.The analysis results show that the nonlinear finite element numerical simulation results of the node structure are consistent with the test,and the bracket structural forms lead to the change of the location where the buckling damage occurs and the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure,and that the selection of optimal cabin bracket forms is beneficial to the improvement of the structure's stability.Based on the demand for light weighting,the corresponding numerical simulation analysis of the parameters affecting the ultimate strength of the bracket is carried out,and the results obtained provide practical design suggestions for large cruise ship structures.
