船舶主机基座系统振动分析及控制技术

摘要
船舶主机基座系统是由基座结构和控制系统等2个部分组成.在主机持续工作的情况下,产生的交变载荷会通过基座系统传递,引起船体结构振动,可能对船体结构的安全构成威胁.通过合理设计基座结构和控制系统,可有效控制船舶主机传递到船底结构的振动,以满足更高的减振要求.首先介绍船舶主机引起振动的机理和振动分析方法,详细综述船舶主机基座结构、被动控制系统和主动控制系统的减振机理和优化研究成果,并对未来的研究进行一定的展望,为船舶主机基座系统的减振设计提供有益的参考.
Abstract
The ship main engine foundation system consists of two parts:the foundation structure and the control system.Under continuous operation of the main engine,the alternating loads generated are transmitted through the foundation system,causing vibrations in the ship's structure that may pose a threat to the safety of the vessel.By properly designing the foundation structure and control system,it is possible to effectively control the vibration transmitted from the ship's main engine to the hull structure,meeting higher vibration reduction requirements.The mechanism of vibration caused by ship main engines and the methods of vibration analysis is introduced.It provides a detailed review of the research achievements in the optimization of ship main engine foundation structures,passive control systems,and active control systems in terms of vibration reduction mechanisms.Some prospects for future research are discussed,providing valuable insights for the vibration reduction design of ship main engine foundation systems.
