摘要

为了明确回旋振动在船舶轴系设计中的重要性,避免影响船舶航行安全,采用文献收集和调研的方法,分析国内外关于回旋振动的主要研究成果.针对回旋振动的原理、计算方法、规范要求及测试技术等进行论述,总结影响回旋振动的主要因素和消减振动的控制方法,以便于研究人员在设计阶段全面考虑相关计算要求及控制措施.此外,对今后的研究进行展望,基于多学科交叉的耦合振动研究和轴系大数据模型参数整定的应用研究仍需要进一步探索,也为今后船舶减振降噪相关研究提供参考.

Abstract

In order to clarify the importance of whirling vibration in ship shaft design and avoid affecting ship navigation safety,literature collection and research methods to analyze the main research results on whirling vibration at home and abroad is used.The principles,calculation methods,classification rules requirements is discussed,and testing techniques of whirling vibration,summarizes the main factors affecting whirling vibration,and proposes control methods for reducing vibration,in order to facilitate researchers to comprehensively consider relevant calculation requirements and control measures during the design stage.In addition,prospects for future research is provided,and further exploration is needed for the application of interdisciplinary coupling vibration research and parameter tuning of shaft system big data models.It also provides reference for future research on ship vibration reduction and noise reduction.
