Ultimate Strength Test Design Method of Hull Girder Based on Quasi-Static Method
In order to address the high cost of traditional experimental methods for solving the problem of calculating the ultimate strength of ship hull beams,it is necessary to conduct pre-design before conducting the experiment. For the pre-design problem of the ultimate strength test of ship hull beams, the four-point bending theory is used to carry out the experimental design of the ultimate strength of ship hull beams, and specific experimental tooling design and loading schemes are given. The quasi-static method is used to analyze the ultimate strength of the scheme under the condition of mid-arch.The calculated results obtained by using this method are compared with the numerical calculation results under ideal conditions, and it is found that the error is only 0.08%,indicating that the experimental design scheme is reliable and feasible. The research results can provide a reference for the development of the ultimate strength test of ship hull beams.
