面向准时化生产的船体分段排产分析

针对国内某典型船厂存在的智能化程度低、作业方案可控性差和库存成本高等问题,以减少船体分段的库存时间、满足分段的开工时间限制和保证胎位负荷均衡为目标建立数学模型,并引入遗传算法解决此类NP-Hard问题.在算法运行过程中采用混沌映射、精英保留策略和自适应交叉变异算子增强算法的全局寻优性和收敛性.对某船厂的实际生产数据进行计算和对比分析,结果表明,采用改进算法所得结果比船厂排产计划库存时间更少,资源利用率更高,该算法有效.
Analysis of Ship Block Production Scheduling for Just in Time Production
Aiming at the problems of low intelligence degree,low controllability of operation scheme and high inventory cost,a mathematical model is established to reduce the inventory time of hull section,meet the starting time limit of hull block and ensure the balance of tire position load,and introduces genetic algorithm to solve such NP-Hard problem.Chaos mapping,elite retention strategy and adaptive cross-variation operator are used to enhance the global optimization and convergence of the algorithm.Finally,through the calculation and comparative analysis of the actual production data of a shipyard shows that the results of the improved algorithm have less inventory time and higher resource utilization than the shipyard scheduling plan,which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.
