摘要

随着国际海事组织(IMO)对于减排的短期要求即将实施,MEPC80会议上经最终修订的中长期减排战略也最终敲定,船舶节能减排的需求迫在眉睫.文章总结梳理了目前主流的船舶节能减排措施如LNG、甲醇、氨等替代燃料,电池、风力、太阳能、核能等新能源,以及碳捕捉与封存、空气润滑等船舶节能减排技术,并介绍了各技术的行业应用情况.同时,对未来可能的减排措施进行了展望.研究结果为后续节能减排措施的选择提供参考,在满足减排要求的前提下,实现经济效益最大化和使用便利性.

Abstract

With the imminent implementation of the short-term emission reduction requirements of international maritime organization(IMO),and the final adjustment of the medium and long-term emission reduction strategy at the MEPC80 conference,the form of energy conservation and emission reduction of ships is imminent.This paper summarizes the current mainstream energy conservation and emission reduction measures of ships,such as LNG,methanol,ammonia and other alternative fuels,batteries,wind,solar energy,nuclear energy and other new energy sources,as well as carbon capture and storage,air lubrication,etc.,and introduces the industry application of various measures,and prospects for possible emission reduction measures in the future.This study provides a reference for the selection of subsequent energy conservation and emission reduction measures,and maximizes economic benefits and ease of use on the premise of meeting emission reduction requirements.
